Abstract
Апикални пупки беа изолирани од пиперка (Capsicum annuum L.сорта куртовска капија) од асептички из`ртени семиња а потоа истите беа култивирани на MS медиум (Murashige и Skoog) во присуство на хормоните IAA и Кинетин.
